Brian J. Lunsford

Brian's background spans real transactions and real estate cycles, trust management, ecommerce, and selective early-stage lending.

The Lunsford family has been building entrepreneurial businesses since 1979, with successful exits across hospitality, manufacturing, gourmet food, technology, and real estate. Brian carries that into a single-family rental and industrial real estate platform across Florida and Georgia — acquisition, development, operations, sponsor evaluation, and property-backed financing. The principals have bought and sold more than $200M in real property assets in Florida and Georgia.

Brian is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. Earlier in his career he founded CoffeeAM.com, a specialty coffee ecommerce company he later sold, and served as trustee of a complex family trust. At the bottom of the real estate collapse, Brian began aggressively acquiring distressed assets — building a portfolio of more than 500 residential properties that today provide quality housing for thousands.

That experience — building and exiting an operating company, carrying fiduciary obligations, and closing real estate transactions — shapes how Greenflower approaches documentation, discretion, risk, and the long horizons real assets require. Today Brian invests across real assets, founder-led companies, and early-stage technology.

Stewardship

Documentation, Discretion, and Long Horizons.

A trust-management background shapes how we approach risk, paperwork, and the patience required to hold a position through a full cycle.
